Previously the Operations Director within a hugely successful food manufacturer with first hand experience of MBO, SBO and exit experience

Tim has wide-ranging operational experience and can add value working one-to-one or within larger teams.

This broad business experience has been achieved from working in central government on a multi billion pound cost reduction project, within blue chip companies and with several fledgling start-ups. Tim has worked in a variety of environments and is a natural relationship builder offering a highly personable approach coupled with a steely determination

Aside from basic mentoring and team development Tim can also offer a specialism centered around profitability through sound financial awareness and focused on cost reduction projects.

He is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, has successfully completed the Cranfield Business School General Management Programme and is a Patron of The Chestnut Tree Children’s Hospice.

Rob has a wide range of people and organisation skills, with a huge network stretching across multiple industries in the UK and abroad. At just 18 years old Rob successfully graduated the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy as the top student out of three hundred. After being offered a job with several big business men, including James Caan Rob stated, “Normally most people would jump at the opportunity of a job, however I’m not putting in all this effort for employment”.

Rob and Tim joined forces in early 2012 in order to develop this business and have created an investment and ideas company called RTii; which aims to build a portfolio of companies over three to four years. Rob’s role as  Junior Partner of the Sussex Business Partnership is to research into new investments, consult businesses, scrutinize businesses seeking investment and develop strong relationships and networks for the Sussex Business Partnership. Rob offers a young dynamic and different way of thinking.
